The specified period for returns and exchanges is: 24 hours from the date of receiving the order.

Return and exchange fees:
The return fee of 35 riyals will be deducted from the product's value upon refund.
The exchange fee is 65 riyals, payable by the customer in addition to the order value. *The customer may be required to deliver the returned item to the nearest branch of the shipping company for all returns and exchanges.
When will you get your money back?
The refund will only be issued after the returned product has been received and accepted within 3-10 business days (if the refund is delayed by more than two days after the return has arrived), you should contact technical support.
When will the replacement ship?
The replacement will not be shipped once it is ready, but only after confirmation of payment of the replacement fee and delivery of the returned item. If the order is not ready, you should contact technical support.
Warranty:
This includes the following cases:

Returns and exchanges of discounted products:
Exchanges or returns are not allowed for discounted products offered on our website within the 59 and 99 riyal discounts!
But rest assured!
If the product arrives defective or contains an error on our part, we are obligated to bear the cost of replacement and refund.
International requests:
Orders from outside Saudi Arabia are non-returnable or non-exchangeable unless the error is on our part.
In this case, we bear all shipping costs, and Vedone does not bear any additional costs other than shipping the product.
Retrieve installment requests:
The customer can return the order if the payment method was Tabby or Tamara, but an additional 7% fee will be added to the return fee.
Cancel order:
We accept order cancellation in case of (pending review).
We accept order cancellation in the event of (completion) but the shipping fee will be deducted.
Exceptions (damaged product):
If a customer receives a damaged product, they have the right to notify us directly within 24 hours.
We will bear all shipping costs for returns or exchanges without incurring any other costs.
